Usui Reiki Courses
Reiki is a method of harnessing the Universal Life Force that exists in all living things and in the world around us. Reiki is a healing technique that originated in Japanese therapy that promotes stress reduction and relaxation. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Reiki which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy.” So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.”

This 10-hour training is offered over two 5-hour class sessions scheduled one week apart, allowing participants time to process, practice, and integrate the material before returning with questions and insights for further discussion.

Traditional Usui Reiki III: The Master Level
Reiki III represents a deepening of one's relationship with Reiki as a spiritual practice, healing modality, and path of personal growth. This course is designed for dedicated Reiki practitioners who have completed Reiki I and II and are ready to advance their understanding of energy healing while preparing to share Reiki with others.
Rooted in the Traditional Usui Reiki System, this training honors the original teachings of Reiki while exploring the energetic anatomy that supports healing work, including the chakra system, etheric body, and channels of vital life force energy.
Throughout this course, students will review and integrate the foundations of Reiki I and II while expanding their understanding of:
• The philosophy, history, and principles of Traditional Usui Reiki
• The chakra system and its relationship to physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being
• The etheric body, energetic pathways, and the flow of Ki throughout the human energy field
• The Reiki Master Symbols and their traditional meanings, applications, and significance
• The attunement process and its role within Reiki training
• Ethics, practitioner responsibility, and maintaining integrity in Reiki practice
• The therapeutic intelligence of Reiki and the practitioner's role as a facilitator of healing
• Teaching methods, class structure, and guidance for sharing Reiki with future students
• Personal spiritual development, self-treatment, and embodying Reiki as a way of life
Students will receive the Traditional Usui Reiki III curriculum, the attunement, and will have opportunities for discussion, practice, and integration of the material. This training is intended not only to develop technical proficiency but also to cultivate the wisdom, presence, and ethical foundation necessary for working with Reiki at the Master level.

As Reiki III is an advanced-level training, prospective students may be asked to provide information regarding their previous Reiki training and experience to ensure the course is an appropriate fit for their level of practice.
Belinda Sigstad is a certified Usui Reiki Master and teaches Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 courses. She earned her certification through Healing Today, which is an organization that emphasizes the accessibility and affordability of Reiki for all, along with the importance of attunements being passed through the lineage that can be traced back to Usui himself.
For over 15 years and through her personal healing journey, Belinda has extensively studied energy work and its profound influence and connection to mind, body, and spirit vitality. As both a trained Reiki Master and Pranic Healer, she offers unique, intuitive energy therapies associated with emotional and spiritual wellness, as well as, assistance through traumatic and/or transitional life stages. She is passionate about energetic healing and supporting others on their personal wellness journeys.
